Terms and Conditions for Fresh Greenery Garlands
Pricing and Minimum Order: The prices shown for our fresh garlands are per foot. A minimum purchase of 4 feet is required to place an order.
Notice for Orders: To ensure availability, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for fresh garland orders.
Greenery Only: Our garlands are crafted with greenery only and do not include flowers. If you’d like to add blooms, you may purchase flower bunches separately through our DIY packages. Please see our DIY options for more details.
Customization Options: You may request specific types of greenery for your garland. However, please note that custom greenery selections may incur additional fees. We strive to use seasonal greenery whenever possible for the best quality and freshness.

Booking Confirmation: Your order is confirmed upon receiving 50% deposit of total amount
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
Fees for Short Notice: For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days’ notice, a 30% nonrefundable fee of the total cost will apply.
Design & Customization:
Design: designs will be crafted as closely as possible to the inspiration photos on our site, but specific flower choices may vary depending on availability.
Consultation: We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss colours, greenery preferences, shapes, style, and sizes to tailor the decor to your vision. Specific greenery requests may incur additional charges.
